At DBT Skills Online, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible counselling services to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and emotional well-being through Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills. We offer a range of online courses designed to equip you with the skills needed for better stress management, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Offering online services, we are able to serve a much larger client base, wherever you are. 

Services

DBT Skills Training (45 minutes)

1-1 session held online.

This is for new clients who need to read and sign relevant paperwork,  as well as start skills training.

 

£30.00 per session.

DBT Skills Training (30 Minutes)

1-1 session  held online.

This is for clients who have already started their skills training.

 

£25.00 per session.

 

1-1 Coaching

All clients have access to a 5-10 minute coaching session, which is included in the price of each session. 
Terms and conditions relating to the coaching will be shared during the first session.

What is Dialectical Behaviour Therapy?

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive-behavioural therapy that helps individuals manage difficult emotions and reduce conflict in relationships. It focuses on skills like mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

DBT Skills Online focus on the Skills involved with DBT. Currently, we do NOT provide therapy.

How do online DBT courses work?

Our online DBT skills training are delivered through a combination of video lessons, interactive exercises, and live sessions. Participants have access to course materials and can work through them at their own pace, with the support of our skills trainer.

Can I join a course at any time?

Yes, our skills training sessions are designed to be flexible to accommodate your schedule. We recommend weekly skills training sessions, but understand life can get in the way. We do suggest that  you contact DBT Skills Online if you have any questions.
